We want you to love your prints! If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item(s) in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the item we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
(Exclusions apply to custom prints)
If your package is lost, store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited.
Can I ship directly to someone else? With a note? Without an invoice?
Absolutely! Because so many orders are gifts, we never include a priced invoice in the package. It simply gets e-mailed straight to you. We're happy to write a short (1-2 sentences) note in the package; just leave your message on the "view cart" screen and we'll include it. And then put your desired shipping address in the "ship to" box!
Do you run sales or promotions?
We don't. Our prints are the same price year-round!
When will my prints ship?
Please allow 5-10 days of processing time, though it might be ready sooner than that.
Packages are shipped first class through USPS, which takes roughly 2-5 business days (10-20 internationally).
Can I add a frame to my order?
We understand the convenience of a one-stop-shop, but at this time we don't offer any framing options.
